Smart contracts

Seven protocol contracts with explicit responsibilities.

Identity and mint

NonceAgentGate connects to the selected BNB ERC-8004 registry. It requires a valid identity and an exact nonzero agent-wallet binding; identity ownership alone is insufficient.

NonceEscrow verifies signed admission quotes, wallet binding, payment, tier capacity and limits. It holds refundable deposits and executes signed outcomes, credits and timeout refunds.

NonceGenesis is the ERC-721 collection. Only its immutable escrow minter can issue sequential NFT IDs, up to 7,777 total and five successful mints per wallet. Transfers do not reset that counter.

Revenue and token claims

NonceVault tracks the 80% liquidity and 20% funding balances and enforces allocation-limited governed releases.

NonceToken creates its fixed supply at construction, split equally between LP custody and the holder distributor. There is no later public mint or burn function.

NonceHolderClaim holds the holder allocation and pays a one-time equal entitlement to each NFT’s current owner without destroying or locking the NFT.

Trading and external dependencies

NonceMarketplace handles non-custodial fixed-price trades, a 2% seller fee, listing nonces, expiry, ownership history and token claim status. Settlement and NFT transfer are atomic.

The identity registry, payment stablecoin, governance multisig/timelock and eventual DEX are external dependencies. NONCE integrates with the selected BNB identity infrastructure. Verified addresses will be published before activation.
