Liquidity & funding

Shared custody with separate onchain accounting.

The revenue vault

NonceVault holds collected stablecoins while separately accounting for the 80% liquidity reserve and 20% project funding allocation. Refund liabilities remain in escrow and are not available to the vault.

Funding includes development, infrastructure and maintenance inside its 20% allocation. NFT holders do not receive a share of mint payments or an automatic yield.

Liquidity launch

A reserve balance is not a deployed liquidity position. Before liquidity launch, NONCE will publish the selected DEX, asset pair, initial ratio, reserve amount, token contribution, timing and position custody or lock terms.

The token allocation plan reserves half the NONCE supply for LP. Stablecoin and token balances, deployed positions and subsequent releases must be traceable through published contract addresses and transactions.

Governance

The vault governor can release only the available balance of the selected allocation. Each release emits its recipient and amount. Governance should use reviewed multisig and timelock infrastructure.

The vault does not itself create a DEX pool or lock an LP position. Position ownership, withdrawals and fee treatment are governed by the separately published liquidity policy.
