Marketplace

Fixed-price Genesis trades with a transparent 2% seller fee.

List and cancel

The NFT owner approves the chosen token for the marketplace, sets a stablecoin price and expiry, then lists it. The NFT stays in the seller’s wallet until the sale succeeds. Listings can be cancelled even when trading is paused.

Every listing records its nonce, ownership version, claim epoch and holder-claim state. Transferring the NFT out and back or claiming its tokens afterward invalidates the listing; create a fresh listing before selling.

Trading can open before the token and holder distributor are deployed. Until then, token claims are unavailable. The guardian can later attach an initialized distributor for the same NFT exactly once. Activation changes the claim epoch and invalidates all earlier listings; sellers must relist.

Buy and settle

The buyer inspects the price and claim status, approves the required payment, then submits the listing nonce, price ceiling and expected claim state. Changed prices, expired listings, changed ownership or used claim rights cause the purchase to revert.

The seller receives 98% of the sale amount and 2% enters the revenue vault, subject to integer rounding. Payment and NFT transfer complete together or the transaction reverts. State is rechecked after payment interactions before the NFT is transferred.

Scope

The fee applies to sales executed through NonceMarketplace. Direct transfers and trades on other venues do not pay this contract’s fee. Secondary buyers can own more than five NFTs; the five-NFT rule limits primary minting, not marketplace purchases.
